MYWORKINGMEMORY LLC

Privacy Policy

Oddword · Version 1.0 · Effective July 20, 2026

Short version: Oddword does not require an account, does not contain advertising or third-party analytics, and does not collect or transmit your answers or progress. Game progress stays on your device.

1. Who We Are

Myworkingmemory LLC operates Oddword, a native iOS and iPadOS word-logic game (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains the App’s privacy posture and your choices.

2. Product and Privacy Posture

Oddword provides handcrafted odd-one-out puzzles, answer explanations, scores, and progress records. The App is designed to work without an account or network connection after download.

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics, public profiles, social feeds, cloud account sync, or user-generated-content uploads.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores limited game state using Apple-provided local storage, such as puzzles played, correct answers, best result, and preferences. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Myworkingmemory LLC.

4. Purchases

If you purchase the App through the Apple App Store, Apple handles payment information, transaction processing, taxes where applicable, family controls, and refunds. We do not receive your payment-card information. Oddword contains no subscription or in-app purchase.

5. Support Communications

If you voluntarily email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device description, and support message. Do not include private or sensitive information. We use support messages to respond, diagnose issues, maintain business records, and protect the App.

6. Device Services and Backups

Apple and your device settings control App installation, device backups, iCloud device backup behavior, diagnostics you choose to share with Apple, and deletion. Deleting the App removes its local data from the device, subject to backups and Apple-controlled restoration.

7. How We Share Information

Because the App does not transmit gameplay data to us, we do not sell or share gameplay data. Support communications may be processed by email and infrastructure providers and may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

8. App Store Privacy Summary

9. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s device, Apple account, purchases, and support communications.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and organizational safeguards for support and business records. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple account, email account, and backups.

11. State and International Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information you voluntarily provide to us, such as a support email. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law. The App is operated from the United States.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will identify a new effective date, and we will provide notice where practical or required.
